For all sites listed on Tentrr's online marketplace, each must comply with Tentrr's overall cancellation policy below.
Tentrr's cancellation policy states that any confirmed booking may be cancelled prior to 72 hours before check-in time by the CampKeeper (for example, 12:00pm on the first day of the booking) without penalty.
If a Camper cancels within 72 hours of a confirmed reservation, the CampKeeper will receive 50% of the original payout and the campsite will immediately become available to other Campers to book on Tentrr.com.
All refunds must follow the above policy and be issued by Tentrr Support! Refunds that deviate from the rules set by the cancellation policy or are issued without Tentrr Support will not be honored.
Once a booking is approved, CampKeepers are able to cancel at any time prior to 72 hours before camper check-in (for example, 12:00pm on the first day of the booking) in the event of unforeseen circumstances. However, last-minute cancellations within the 72 hours prior to camper check-in could result in the need for Tentrr to recoup money from your future bookings (in the event that we need to help campers find alternate accommodations) and could result in poor reviews for your campsite. If CampKeepers own a signature site and opted into 3rd-party OTA listings, these reservations can't be cancelled by CampKeepers without penalty, regardless of the timing. If you cancel on an OTA customer, you may be charged a penalty fee from your next booking, according to the terms of the cancelation policy on the OTA channel.
