Need to make changes to your reservation?

Things sometimes happen and we are here to help! If you need to make a change to your reservation before checking in please contact the customer support team at 888-798-9093 or email us at [e-mail]. When you are reaching out please be aware of what website you booked the campsite at (tentrr, airbnb, booking.com, etc), the confirmation code, and what changes you would like to make to your booking. We can add extras, adjust the number of campers, and even change the dates of your booking. Be sure to contact support before your check in date, bookings can not be modified after check in!

If you must cancel your trip, you can cancel your trip from your account on tentrr.com only if you booked through tentrr.com directly. If you booked through another website other than Tentrr, you will need to cancel your booking through their platform, Tentrr can not cancel bookings made on outside websites. The rules for your cancellation option will apply should you choose to cancel.

If you are unable to cancel your reservation on tentrr.com, you must reach out to Tentrr support by emailing [e-mail], or calling 888-798-9093. Cancellation requests sent in response to automated messages do not register, and will not initiate a cancellation, nor will authorize a refund.
