Instant book is a great way to drive bookings at your campsite and help Campers get excited about their trip!

On average, instant book campsites saw 10.5 bookings while manual-book campsites saw 3 completed reservations in a one-month period. To make things a little bit easier and start hosting more campers, instant book is a great option!

When you opt-in to being an instant-book campsite, our system will automatically approve bookings that are requested at least three days prior to the first booking date that the Campers request (you can contact customer support to change this)! You'll still get an email notification for any bookings that are submitted and you'll always be able to view upcoming reservations from your account on tentrr.com. 

Keep in mind, you will want to stay tuned to your account so that you expect the arrival of a new group of Campers! You'll still need to ensure the Before Camper Checklist items are met before check in.
