The Fine Print: CampKeeper Essentials

Congratulations- you're a Tentrr CampKeeper! Here's some info on what CampKeepers are expected to do as the season rolls along:

Respond to bookings.

We ask that all CampKeepers respond to booking requests within 48 hours. Our system will automatically cancel all bookings if they are not responded to within 48 hours, so be sure to check your tentrr.com account daily! You'll always get an email when you have a new booking request. 

Set up your campsite.

When each group of Campers arrives, every component of the CampKit must be working and available! Be sure to blow up the air mattress if your site includes one, fill up the water container and sun shower, and sweep out your tent before your Campers arrive. You can get a checklist of things to do before Campers arrive here. Be sure to prepare to provide any extras that have been requested! 

Keep in mind, at the beginning of each camping season, we do ask that you perform the setup of your canvas tent. We'll always provide an option for professional setup for a fee, but setting up your canvas tent is easy! You'll want to check all your CampKit components to be sure everything is in working order and no furry friends have found a home for the winter- set up that pop up tent, blow up your air mattress, and check all storage spots and be sure they're clear! If you do need any of the non-Tentrr branded items, head over to Mercantile and restock.

Check your site after each reservation.

After each Camper checks out, we ask that you head to your campsite to be sure everything is in order! We ask Campers to pick up their garbage and leave no trace- you'll need to head to your site after each reservation to be sure your land was left in good condition! This is also the time to report any maintenance or replacement needed at your site- all campsite incident reports must be submitted before check-in of the next reservation.

End of season wrap up.

At the close of the camping season, we ask that you perform the takedown and storage of your canvas tent. This is essential to extend the life-span of your Tentrr tent. Don't worry- we provide step-by-step instructions, as well as a video to help!
