If an issue occurs at your campsite, such as a damaged item or trash left at your site, we're here to help!
To submit an incident report:
After a Camper's reservation ends, we ask that you let us know about any issues that occurred within 72 hours after checkout, and before the next scheduled reservation! To file a report please fill out this form.
Tentrr will conduct a formal investigation at the end of which a solution will be offered.
Hosts should always submit an incident report as soon as possible for:
- Cleaning needed at their site after a reservation
- Missing or stolen items from their campsite
- Damage to your land after a reservation
- Any situations or conditions in which you'd like to partner with Tentrr for resolution
It is essential that you provide photos alongside your incident report. We will be unable to charge campers for any issues that do not include photographic evidence.
Please note that once we have decided to charge a fee, campers are given 72 hours to respond to the extra charges. Tentrr reserves the right to place a hold on the campers card before charges are placed. If further investigation is needed we may require more than 72 hours to resolve the issue.
