Getting Started
When you first log onto tentrr.com, if you're not logged in, you'll be directed to the homepage.
You'll want to click "Log In" in the upper righthand corner to get started.
Once you're logged in, clicking on your profile picture in the upper righthand corner will give you access to a dropdown menu- here is where you can navigate to different areas of our site and manage your account.
Editing Your Campsite
To make edits to your campsite, you'll want to click Manage Campsite. From there, you'll want to click on the campsite you want to edit and choose from the options in the menu on the left.
To edit your campsite's nightly rate, click "Membership and Pricing" and choose what you want your nightly rate to be. Be sure to click "save"!
This is also where you can opt out of accepting promotional discounts for your campsite, should you wish. Keep in mind that Tentrr promo codes never exceed 20% and are a great way to gain some new campers!
To make changes to your campsite's availability calendar, click "Availability" and select the dates you'd like to block. You can turn on instant book and a two-night minimum here as well. (This includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and will be turned on for all bookings- you won't be able to make exceptions for specific bookings.) If you want to customize your check in/check out times, you'll find that in the "Availability" section as well!
Dates in green have confirmed bookings, dates in dark gray have been blocked, and dates without any color are available. You can also enter a range of dates to make them available or block them, below the calendar.
Keep in mind, your campsite must be available for at least 80 total nights and 36 prime nights.
Managing Bookings and Communicating with Campers
When you click on "Site Bookings" via the dropdown menu in the upper righthand corner, you'll be able to see all requested, confirmed, cancelled, and completed bookings for your campsite. Click on each request in the list on the left to get more info about the booking.
To respond to a booking request, select the reservation and click "Accept Booking"- you'll then see the booking status change to confirmed!
Once you click on a booking, you'll be able to see all the details available. You can view the financial breakdown for the booking, see if the Camper left a note for you when they submitted their request, view extras requested, and even submit a review for a Camper once their booking is completed.
Clicking on "Messages" will bring you to the Tentrr Messaging Center- this is where all communication with your Campers should live. You can click on a Camper from the menu on the left, and then type messages directly to them! When you get a new message, you'll receive an email notification.
When a Camper requests a booking, a message will automatically be started with them, as you can see above. If they included a note for you during booking, that message will be here too.
Communicating in the Tentrr messaging center is ideal because it allows us to consider all communications when evaluation refund requests/incident reports!
Don't hesitate to reach out to Customer Support if you need help setting up your site profile.
Happy camping!
