The CampKeepers at Peak Portfolio sites hold themselves to a high standard, and we want to recognize all their hard work and dedication to their guests.
We’ve identified a few key factors that have a huge positive impact on the guest experience at our campsites, and which are consistently rated by guests as important factors to their stay.
- Instant Book: guests have consistently said that instant book is a defining factor in choosing a Tentrr campsite. Having instant book turned on for your listing sends a positive signal to campers that you’re open for business and able to host. This takes a lot of the guesswork out of their decision-making process and sets the tone for great hospitality and an amazing camping experience.
- Extras: CampKeepers who provide extras for the guests create an experience that is a step above the typical Tentrr stay. Think fresh-caught lobsters from the local fisherman, or exclusive access to an abandoned zoo. Extras also show a high level of dedication and creativity focused on the guest experience. Listing extras with your site gives you an added boost to your Peak Portfolio ranking.
- Amenities: What we’re looking for are creature comforts not seen at all Tentrr campsites. These things add another level of exclusivity to a campsite, and truly makes it a “home away from home” experience. Specific amenities like bed linens and firewood have been consistently called out by campers as must-haves, and we’ve paid close attention to these amenities in rating our sites.
- Reviews: Campsites in the Peak Portfolio are consistently rated with 4.5-5 stars. In fact, the Peak Portfolio currently has an average review of 4.96!
Additionally, all campsites within the Peak Portfolio must be active in hosting campers and CampKeepers must abide by our hosting best practices. This means that the campsite has had at least 10 reservations in the past year and no host cancellations after a reservation has already been confirmed.
