Why don’t I own the equipment?
We are providing a turnkey solution for your new business venture, think of us as your partner. With us having some skin in the game, it matters just as much to us as it does to you to get campers to book your new site. If anything goes wrong with the equipment and it needs to be replaced, we’ve got you covered. With our Equipment Replacement Program, when the canvas runs its course and it’s time for a new one, we've got your back!
Can I list my site on AirBnB?
We handle that for you! With our OTA marketing program, as soon as you list your site on Tentrr.com it will also get pushed out to websites like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and others. Learn more about our OTA program here.
Where can I see the full agreement?
The payment terms are sent to you via email directly from your account manager. If you ever have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to your account manager!
What if I can’t afford the investment right now?
No problem, we recommend a few different avenues here. First and foremost, putting a deposit down is the most common option. By putting down a deposit, you can lock in current pricing. If this doesn’t work for you, talk to your account manager about our financing partners.
