Our dedicated customer service team is available seven days a week from 9am - 8pm ET with additional on-call representatives for specific after-hour support. Tentrr handles all customer service prior to a booking. Prospective campers who have questions will communicate with the Tentrr customer service team if they have questions about your property/campsite. Once a camper completes a reservation at your campsite, they will communicate with you through the Tentrr Message Center for any questions leading up to their stay.
