How to edit your map on Tentrr

This map is important because it gets sent to campers in their confirmation email to help them find your site. Without the map, your campers will be very lost and we won't be able to help them! Please make sure your map is always as accurate and detailed as possible. Here is how:

Step 1: Login to tentrr.com with your information

Step 2: Select 'Your Sites'

Then, if you have more than 1 site, select the site you want to edit.

Next, select 'Map'

Step 3: Edit EACH map for EACH listing and label the following :

- Site Entrance

- Tent location

- Water Access (potable water source)

- Trash drop off point

- Parking for the site

Step 4: YOU MUST CLICK SAVE WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED.

Step 5: Refresh the page to make sure your map pins have saved, if they are not saving please reach out to customer service immediately so we can report it to our web team to correct.
